These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you (“Patron”, “Client”, or “User”) and SRIJORAA Contemporary Creative Design House under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

By accessing our digital website, commissioning bespoke pieces, or completing an electronic purchase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or possess parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

The brand name SRIJORAA, official logotype, floral insignia emblem, custom sculpted candle silhouettes, proprietary resin cure formulations, algorithmic 3D biopolymer geometry codes, studio photography, deckle-edge card designs, and our motto “Crafting Ideas Into Something Extraordinary” are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of SRIJORAA.

All content is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and international treaties. No portion of our physical designs, moulds, website interface, digital assets, or editorial narratives may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, duplicated, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from our Lucknow studio.

SRIJORAA pieces are crafted through deliberate human artistry and small-batch studio pours rather than automated mass-assembly machines. You acknowledge and celebrate that each creation possesses unique organic signatures:

• Botanical Soy Wax (Srijoraa Living): Pure plant waxes naturally display microscopic crystalline frost marks and subtle tonal variations. This authentic characteristic confirms the absence of petroleum stabilizers and paraffin, and does not affect burn quality or aroma throw.
• Fluid Mineral Resin (Srijoraa Studio): Each tray and catchall is individually hand-poured. Swirl trajectories of organic pigments, amber tones, and embedded gold foil settle distinctly in every piece. No two items are identical.
• Additive Biopolymer Form (Srijoraa Form): Fine architectural strata layer textures are the deliberate structural language of precise additive manufacturing using sustainable plant-based polymers.

Such minor variations in texture, tint, or swirl distribution are the celebrated hallmarks of handmade provenance and do not constitute defective merchandise.

All catalog prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are fully inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. Shipping charges and any promotional discounts are clearly itemized in your bag and order review before payment authorization.

We reserve the right to revise prices for upcoming studio batches or limited collections at our discretion. However, orders already authorized and confirmed shall be honored at the price recorded at the time of checkout.

An automated order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your request. Final contract completion occurs upon verification of payment and parcel handover to our verified courier network.

We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch in rare instances involving unserviceable pincodes, detected payment fraud, or unforeseen material supply disruptions. In such cases, 100% of the transaction value will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.

Creations featuring customized calligraphy names, monogrammed tags, or custom-batched wedding and corporate orders require advance payment to reserve studio materials and artisan time.

Once physical crafting, resin stirring, or calligraphy personalization has commenced, custom commissions cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned, except under our Transit Damage Guarantee.

All SRIJORAA parcels are handed over to tier-1 domestic logistics couriers (including BlueDart, Delhivery Express, and DTDC Air). To safeguard our patrons against transit mishap, our studio maintains transit insurance coverage across all consignments.

In the rare circumstance that a parcel arrives compromised or damaged, you are protected under our prompt replacement protocol detailed in our Return Policy.

To the maximum extent permissible under applicable Indian law, SRIJORAA’s aggregate liability for any direct dispute arising from the purchase or use of any product shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific object in dispute.

Nothing in these terms shall diminish or restrict non-waivable statutory consumer rights guaranteed to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These Terms and Conditions and any transaction executed on our platform shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceeding, dispute, or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
