At SRIJORAA, each creation is inspected, finished, and packaged by hand in our Lucknow studio:

• In-Stock Pieces (Candles, Finished Homeware): Inspected, boxed with honeycomb protection, and handed over to courier logistics within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Made-to-Order & Cured Creations: Hand-cast resin homeware and custom-batched celebration hampers require 3 to 5 business days for complete mineral curing, edge-buffing, and quality approval before dispatch.
• Studio Dispatch Days: Monday through Saturday, excluding gazetted Indian national holidays.

We dispatch consignments via verified tier-1 air couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery Express, DTDC Air) for gentle and rapid delivery:

• Metro Cities & State Capitals (Delhi NCR, Lucknow, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): Estimated 2 to 4 business days following studio dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Urban Centers: Estimated 4 to 6 business days following studio dispatch.
• North East, J&K, Island Territories & Remote Pincodes: Estimated 6 to 8 business days following studio dispatch.

Because our creations consist of delicate sculptural soy wax columns, fluid mineral resin, and algorithmic 3D biopolymers, our packaging is engineered for high impact resistance while eliminating single-use plastic waste:

• Rigid Uncoated Paperboard Boxes: Engineered to resist corner impacts and crushing during interstate transit.
• 100% Recyclable Honeycomb Cushioning: High-density kraft paper honeycomb cells absorb shock without polluting landfills with conventional plastic bubble wrap.
• Deckle-Edge Cotton Keepsake Inserts: Every creation arrives with an embossed handmade cotton card detailing batch information and candle/resin care instructions.
• Gift Presentation: All Srijoraa Gifting parcels arrive tied with pure natural cotton ribbon and our signature studio wax seal.

As soon as your parcel is scanned by our logistics partners in Lucknow, you will receive an automatic confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and email containing your direct tracking link and live transit milestones.

• Standard Insured Domestic Delivery: Flat fee of ₹150 for orders below ₹1,999.
• Complimentary Insured Delivery: Automatically applied at checkout on all orders valued at ₹1,999 or above across India.
