Every creation is ideated, hand-poured, cured, and packaged in our studio in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. We source unbleached botanical soy waxes, premium fluid resins, and plant-derived biopolymers responsibly, supporting specialized local artisans and zero single-use plastic.

Our candles are cast exclusively from 100% pure botanical soy wax, coconut wax, and lead-free braided cotton wicks. They are completely free of paraffin, petroleum derivatives, and toxic phthalates. Our scents are blended with IFRA-compliant fine perfumery notes (such as Amber Noir, Smoked Vanilla, and Sandalwood Santal) for a clean, non-toxic burn.

Because sculptural pillar candles have architectural shapes without exterior glass jars, they are designed to melt in an organic cascade. Always place your candle upon a heat-resistant, flat catchall dish (such as a Srijoraa resin tray or ceramic coaster) before lighting. Trim the cotton wick to 1/4 inch (5mm) before each burn, and keep away from drafts, pets, and children.

Subtle white crystallization (known in candle-making as "frosting") is the universal signature of pure natural soy wax. It verifies that no petroleum paraffin or chemical stabilizers were added. It in no way diminishes the candle’s fragrant aroma throw or clean burning performance.

Each Studio piece is hand-poured in individual molds. The fluid trajectories of mineral pigments, amber eddies, and metallic foil flecks settle organically in every pour. Your piece will be completely one-of-a-kind while conforming to the curated palette, dimensions, and rim geometry shown.

Once cured, our resin pieces are non-toxic and suitable for dry appetizers, wrapped confectionery, jewelry, keys, or candles. To clean, wipe gently with a soft microfibre cloth dampened with warm water and mild soap. Never place resin items in a dishwasher, microwave, or in direct contact with boiling hot cookware.

We utilize sustainable plant-derived PLA biopolymers blended with fine mineral composites. This creates a tactile, matte architectural stone-like finish without the plastic shine of mass-produced goods. They are ideal for dried florals, pampas grass, air plants, and shelf sculpture.

We offer complimentary express shipping across India on all orders valued at ₹1,999 and above. For orders under ₹1,999, a flat insured courier fee of ₹150 applies. In-stock orders are dispatched in 24 to 48 hours; domestic transit takes 2 to 4 business days for metro hubs and 4 to 6 business days for other urban centers.

All parcels carry full studio transit insurance. If any piece arrives damaged, simply email photos/videos of the item and box to support@srijoraa.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero cost with priority shipping.

Yes. Standard unburned, unused items in their original packaging may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery. Our team coordinates a reverse courier pickup from your doorstep.
